Its not a cheap company but not very expensive

I have been with esure for quit some time but them I change my insurance company, because there are more companies tjat are offering cheaper prices.. Though this company is well known people still search for cheaper one. I have no complaints with this company but I am no more their customer. Thanks Reviewed on: 8th November 2015

Phone contact wasn't cheap or easy

While I had no problems with this company and thankfully didn't have to make a claim I did find it difficult to speak to a person when I had a query. Reviewed on: 6th November 2015

When I compared their insurance they matched the cheaper price

Great competitive prices, fuss free process.

Having had numerous Car Insurance policies with the big names in the Insurance World, Esure was a new one to me, when it popped up on several price comparison websites. They undercut the big names by a significant margin and offered all the same benefits. The procedure was extremely easy and all undertaken on-line. The paperwork came through in days and will be a company I will be happy to consider when my insurance is due again. Reviewed on: 28th August 2015

Threatening letters , arrogant staff

Left the car insurance because i couldn't get no claims protection due to points which was fair enough , asked to cancel which was fine and asked did I have to pay anything told no .. Then I get threatening letters to pay over triple the amount if I didn't pay within days and told I was sent a letter earlier which I wasn't .. Esure have been my insurance company for several years now, and apart from one member of staff giving me wrong information, they have always been very helpful.

All the staff have always been pleasant and helpful, although one did provide me with duff information. it was great to be able to deal with people who I knew are British-based and understand the difficulties I might be experiencing following an accident which was not my fault. The insurance is very reasonably priced and all in all this is why I have stayed with them for several years now. Reviewed on: 26th March 2015
