They avoid them, they generate fictitious debts, they try to extort money

I had my car insurance with them, I gave written notice of termination before the end of the contract, the letter was sent with confirmation of delivery/receipt. The company still claims that I had insurance with them, they pretend that there is no one "on the other side", they only sent e-mails with fictitious debt status and now they have referred the case to the C.A.R.S. debt collection company. From what I read on the ESURE forum, this is a common situation. In my opinion, these two companies cooperate illegally by creating fictitious debts. Maybe we can end this practice together? Maybe the prosecutor and the court should look into the activities and connections between these companies? I'm sorry, but I do not know English very well. I hope you understood the meaning.
