Theft claim - all agreed but no payment and no longer responding

It has been 4 months since I reported my car stolen from outside my home. I provided the relevant documents, DVLA number etc on day one. After much back and forth, they accepted the incident reference number was the crime reference number (!). Valuation provided and agreed within 24 hours. No payment a month later and no response to daily emails. Have tried to telephone, many attempts on hold more than one hour later, still not spoken to anyone. Formal complaint made, no response. Incredibly poor. Reviewed on: 10th October 2023
