Customer support very appalling

Tried to reduce my car insurance with eSure, since l was a loyal customer for the past 5 years. The customer service representative was not interested in keeping me as a loyal customer. All l could hear was huffing and puffing from her and could clearly hear her colleague talking about car insurance with another customer. Would not recommend this company for any kind of insurance.
