Outstanding customer service

I signed up for gohenry after my sister told me about it. I got to the end of my application form only to find out that if my sister had recommended me online she could have received £10. I telephoned the customer service centre and my sister received her money within minutes of my telephone call. The person I spoke to was very professional and helpful. Reviewed on: 18th January 2020

Great idea for children

Once you understand how it works it is simple and easy way to teach kids the value of money and helps them to be more independent and appreciate the things they can buy with the money they have earnt. The use of personalised contactless card adds a special touch. My son is so proud to have his own card and make his own choices as to how he spends his money. Reviewed on: 18th January 2020
