When money matters and times are tough, it's great to know you are aware of a place for advice without gains or calling your bluff. Halifax are always on hand as far as any high street or app can see, they are more than just a bank they are vital friendly places in our community. My life-long bank...but not sure if it's the best

On the positive side, Halifax customer service is always fantastic. Which is why I've stayed with them for so long. I only ever hear about new products via the app, when I login. I'm not sure many of these are relevant to me. I also find the app quite difficult to navigate. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Brilliant bank

Great for functionality

Excellent bank

Easy to navigate and by far the best bank I have used, my branch staff are so nice when I set up my account and haven't had any issues at all with my account since having it a few years ago. I'm always kept up to date with new updates or information. Reviewed on: 18th March 2023
