Rita was very helpful, very clear and took me through a number of options re opening a new savings account. She was very polite and smiley, as were her colleagues present also. Market leading account

Regular savings account is great option for savers. High interest rates, two year term and flexible payment options make it a very attractive account. Customer care is prompt and thorough. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023

service fine but...

disappointed I'd need to forward my passbook to withdraw -- a second phone call should be enough, seeing as one was enough to arrange it in the first place. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

Excellent product

Excellent regular savings product with good and quick customer service. Only downside is that a little "clunky", i.e. too much had to be done with hard copy both ways. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023
