Rita was very helpful, very clear and took me through a number of options re opening a new savings account. She was very polite and smiley, as were her colleagues present also. Opening an Account

Opening my regular saver account was so easy and painless. Posted my application and the very next day I received a courtesy phone call to confirm my application had been received. Also wanted to make sure I was fully aware of product I was applying for. It was a lovely personal touch which I really appreciated. Received a follow-up email the next day confirming the account had been opened and paperwork had been despatched to me. A pleasure to do business especially in times when everything is so automated. Overall a very good service

Easy to open a new account and staff were very helpful. The only thing that would have been better is being able to open the account on line and transfer money electronically. Reviewed on: 16th February 2023
