Amazing staff, but would have just done it online if possible

We had a fantastic experience with your team. The branch staff were welcoming, helpful and kept us informed after our onsite visit. The only thing I would have changed, is to offer the service online. Our closest branch was 30 mins drive away, and most people in my demographic (and younger) would prefer to perform a digital journey anyway. The branch staff mentioned youight be working on digital options soon so, as I digitise customer journeys for financial services companies, please feel free to reach out if I can help in anyway (e.g. input into design or user feedback processes). Great product great people

Great rate and term. What is it about building societies that makes it so much more pleasant to deal with them. The people are friendly. Accomodating. Less stressed / happier. Great service in the UK
