I have been with HSBC Kinetic for over a year now. I have found the service and support excellent. With the Kinetic App, I am able to see incoming payments immediately. As a company we are obviously concerned with internet fraud; we fell safe using the HSBC Apps. Simply the best!

From the account opening process to the ease of usability of the app and customer support everything is five star. The best thing is we get fraud alerts and HSBC Fraud & Cyber Awareness app is really helpful and keeps us completely up to date and ensures that the funds are as safe as possible.
