Honest Bank Surely Cares is HSBC

I have banked with HSBC for a long time and I have had other bank accounts with other banks but for everyday banking hsbc is best . Service is great and the app is excellent. Support always available if you need it . Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

Nothing too much trouble at HSBC Liverpool

I had to do a money transfer to Tenerife. Bank clerk most helpful and assisted me in doing so and also arranged a global money card to be ordered for next trip. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

Check and confirm everything

Generally ok, but had a negative experience when getting my mortgage. Was told to sign up for an account with a monthly fee and it would reduce the mortgage payment. That sounded good. Agreed. Made payments. Later had chance to review all the finance while sorting out house and wondered where the discount was. Went in to find out and was told no discount. Complained and was basically told tough, not getting monthly payments refunded, can't prove it was misrepresented. ... Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025
