Crash replacement

I crashed my bike, just on a training ride with friends. Many things were broken on my bike. I used the online form to inform Laka and from there on in the journey has been brilliant. I have replacement parts, my frame is being fixed by the best in the business and nothing has been too much trouble. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

A friend recently had an issue with insurance provided by a large online cycle company, so when choosing my insurance I did lots of research and Laka had the best reviews by miles. The process of listing my gear onto the site was very simple and their ethos of shared pain and gain is one that really appeals. Good value and a good feel to the company.
