Simple Fair Friendly...real riders!

Why do I give 5 stars? They're simply the best. Insurance that changes price with the community simply makes sense to keep claims down and everyone premium as fair as possible. They've also got great customer service you get a real person on the live chat via there website who you can tell is a rider by their vocabulary and you get the feeling they really understand what you need! Exactly what you want for bike specific insurance we even had some banter and exchange of gifs! Where else do you get that from an insurance company? It's strange when you're a customer of Laka because it doesn't really feel like you're dealing with an insurance company at all. They're fair, transparent and always have the customer needs at the forefront of their minds. It's like insurance with cheat codes! Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

Looked after me when I needed them most

I was knocked off my bike while on a multi day chairty ride from Lands Ends to John O'Groats and broke my hip, needing a full hip replacement. Despite only joining Laka only 2 weeks previously they were outstanding in quickly replacing both my damaged bike and gear. It was a tough time and their support was so welcomed.
