Laka has been a fantastic bike insurance provider for the last few years I have been with them. My claims have been dealt with promptly and resolution has been really quick. I have unfortunately had a few crashes and Laka has stepped in, replaced bike where needed or pay for parts when needed. I trust them whole heartedly and highly recommend them. A grata, if not the best choice.

Have asked for support multiple times and they have always been quick and accurate to answer any questions. Luckily I've never had to activate my insurance but have friends who have and they had great experiences and support. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2026
