Brilliant, flexible, great communication

Laka have been great, flexible, great communication, easy to use, I had to make two claims within the space of a year a few years ago and the my were fantastic about it and gave me several options, I felt like I was speaking to a real person throughout and never just dealt with as a number. Good value for money, really caring

They’ve been good for me so far. I’ve had this insurance for over a year now and I could suspend it over the winter when I wasn’t riding my bike outside which was really useful! It makes it very good value for money as you don’t have to overpay if you don’t need to! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2026
