Unfortunately I had to make a considerable large claim due to a fire at the adjacent Lodge to mine, from the initial call to the point the claim was approved every person associated with Leisure days insurance have been absolutely brilliant. Thankfully, I have not had to submit a claim in the almost three years of being under the umbrella of Leisuredays. However, I have always found the staff delightful and helpful, plus the cover looks good, and I feel comfortable in the knowledge that I will be looked after in the event of an unforseen situation.
