I notice that the reading of one’s bank account is so much clearer now and in much bolder letters which is very helpful for an elderly person like myself with poor eyesight. Long term Customer - all Good with minor reservations

54 years on and still very happy with their main banking (Day to Day) service. I only do laptop or phone nowadays. On the rare occasions I've been to Branch its been longwinded but ok. Their online software I find good and my only complaints are that its biased toward them selling you something , rather than let you find easily what you want - and closing down accounts sometimes throws up the odd glitch. In all, the benefit features with the account are good - AA/world travel and Disney we use frequently and at the mo the monthly costs are acceptable. If they improved their % Interest Rates , they'd get more of my money - a better loyalty bonus wouldn't go amiss too. Reviewed on: 27th August 2024

The benefits which you get with this account are some of the best I've ever had with a current account, having the choice between cinema tickets or a streaming service subscription makes a big difference money wise for normally paying for these treats. Also, the app provides a lot of capabilities for managing my other finances with different banks and viewing my credit score so I can more easily manage my finances in one place. Applied via app, not contact after that on progress.

Applied of the Club Lloyds account via their mobile app. Waited for an email for next steps that never arrived. Contacted support after a week only for them to say that I needed to go into a Bank to complete the verification process. Went in the next day for them to say that the application has been closed, and I would need to reapply. If they can't notify me when I need to do something to move the application on and just close my application but still tell me to come to a branch is poor processes and service. Will find another bank that does not just ghost you Perhaps the Cloudstrike got them, I'll never know. Reviewed on: 30th July 2024
