Best of traditional and modern banking

This is a review of a Club Lloyds current account held at the Helston, Cornwall branch. In the branch you get traditional, competent service and you rarely have to wait long. The staff make a real point of being friendly and welcoming and don't take offence when I tell them that I don't want to use the new-fangled machine for paying in cheques and I don't want a financial review and I don't want their home insurance. I'm very happy with the Club Lloyds current account that pays a great interest rate and is accessible via a web-site that hardly ever goes down and I get access to the Club Lloyds monthly saver and they even send me a copy of Runners' World every month! Account with extras

Excellent account with good benefits

Excellent current account and great app

Decent interest and nice perk

Provided you pay enough into this account it's free, the interest isn't as good as it used to be but still better than most current accounts. I get free cinema tickets from it which is a nice little bonus too. Reviewed on: 12th January 2022

Combines daily banking with excellent app & choice of free rewards

Had the account for a number of years. Choice of rewards such as cinema tickets or magazine subscription. The Lloyds Banking app is outstanding - the best I have used. When calling customer service I have had a pleasant, quick & comprehensive response. Reviewed on: 12th January 2022

Good bank account with helpful extras

I switched from HSBC to Lloyds this year and have realised how much easier and beneficial it is to bank with Lloyds, I get cashback on retailers and cinema tickets which makes me feel valued for being a customer. Lloyds have been helpful when I've called their customer service line for queries, with UK based call centre staff who are polite and good at their jobs. Reviewed on: 12th January 2022
