Good Excellent online access ... Very smart presentation and good follow up in queries. Reviewed on: 29th February 2024

Good reward advantages

Good current account with good reward advantages - I go for the cinema tickets, just remember to check the expiry date as I accidentally missed the cut off for two last year! Linked saver at a good rate also. Haven't had many issues & offer regular switching deals as far as I can see. £3 account fee/ month would be steep but you can get around it without much hassle. Lloyds Customer for many years after local NatWest branch closure. I like being a customer for the security of service that they provide, the products (I also insure my car though them), and the ease of use (I can contact customer service easily by phone or online).
