Easy to use account, great perks

Responsive customer service, great online banking options and 6 free cinema tickets every year. Reviewed on: 19th February 2016

Good reward advantages

Good current account with good reward advantages - I go for the cinema tickets, just remember to check the expiry date as I accidentally missed the cut off for two last year! Linked saver at a good rate also. Haven't had many issues & offer regular switching deals as far as I can see. £3 account fee/ month would be steep but you can get around it without much hassle. Lloyds Customer for many years after local NatWest branch closure. I like being a customer for the security of service that they provide, the products (I also insure my car though them), and the ease of use (I can contact customer service easily by phone or online). Trying to add Disney plus, and each time I click the link, it takes me to lloyds. I have rung up for support and only advice is its my device, stopping me due to privacy access- I don't usually have issues..... really unhelpful. Reviewed on: 2nd January 2024
