I've been a customer of Lloyds (formerly Lloyds TSB, and TSB) ever since 1986. I like being a customer for the security of service that they provide, the products (I also insure my car though them), and the ease of use (I can contact customer service easily by phone or online). I chose Chase after some research that I conducted, where I needed use of a bank account abroad that didn't charge for cashpoint use. Chase came out top due to their not charging their customers using their debit card abroad. This worked great for me. I am also impressed by the generous cashback offered it's customers, plus other features such as the linked savings account that offers generous interest rates. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
