Lloyds Bank refuses my payments by bank transfers.

Lloyds Bank refuses my payments by bank transfers. to my builder and to a financial institution at the branch. I had my passport with me. They asked me a lot of questions that were inappropriate.. They are mental and treated me as a criminal. I wasted one hour each time there and in the end they refused to do the transaction. They also blocked my account on one of these transfers. Never had an issue

Easy to bank with

Lloyds have a lot of tools to help with money management e.g. see a breakdown of categories of expenditure this mont, with a month on month comparison. Their emails include hints and tips, too. Reviewed on: 31st January 2023

A Satisfied Customer
