No hassle banking

Basic bank account requested, does exactly what it needs to. Easy to put money in and draw out. Easy to understand Internet banking. Reviewed on: 1st February 2023

I was approached to sign up to this account on one of my visits into my local branch. I just about break even and get back what I pay for my monthly fee. I think this account would be most suited to those who use their bank account to pay for all their household bills and direct debits to make it worth applying for. I've been with Santander (Previously Abbey) all my adult life and although this isn't necessarily the account for me the staff at my local branch are friendly and helpful so I would still remain, may be just look for a different product that suits me better next time.
