Never had any problems

ALWAYS ON HAND!

I have a basic Account with Lloyd’s Bank. I have always found them to provide excellent customer service when I have needed to contact them, always polite and cheery... even if they can’t actually help you!! I really do feel that they value me just as much as if I were investing thousands with them... The App is also easy to use and online chat always available. Opened my first account through Lloyds when I was 16 and have stuck with them all the way through to this very day (am 27 now). Never let me down and were very helpful and speedy at resolving the issue I had when I got scammed via a fraudulent e-mail when I was at University (was more naive then than I am now). I've been with LLoyds Bank since I was a teenager and their Classic Account is exactly what you expect from modern banking. Staff in branch are helpful. Online banking and the banking app are both very easy to use. An all round reliable service. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2020
