Easy to use - bit pricey

Switched to M&S after my previous insurer hiked rates - again. Easy to deal with, even when I changed cars mid-point. But pricey, but I suppose you get what you pay for. Haven't claimed for anything yet, hence 8/10 until we test that part of their service. Reviewed on: 28th September 2017

Bringing in foreign insurance companies

after being with M and S for car insurance for a number of years,have just received a letter advising they have got a German company involved since 27th July.Will No longer give them my custom.Thought I was being insured by an English Company. I am absolutely furious. as I was advised when I went to reinsure. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2017

Trustworthy and reliable

Being involved in a car accident was managable with M&S. The problem was dealt with and although my car was written off, I was not at fault and came out unharmed and M&S helped get me on my feet! Reviewed on: 21st July 2017

I joined for the switching bonus.

I've had a good experience with M&S so far. Switching was painless and I shop at M&S regularly so the bonus was worth it for me. Reviewed on: 4th July 2017

Disgraceful

Changed my car and they quoted me 979 pounds a year went to another well known company got exactly the same things.......312 pounds per year ...leave well alone Reviewed on: 20th June 2017

Ok but a few problems

I was impressed with the quote from M&S and signed up for the product. However, they then contacted me to say that one of my previous insurance claims, even though it was one where I was not at fault (someone pranged my car and drove off), would make the insurance quote higher and I was forced into paying more than the quote. My previous insurance company did not make this decision and I did wish I'd stayed with my other company. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017
