Terrible service if you have a claim

They outsource claims to the most unhelpful and useless company called CoVea. They take so long to resolve claims. Even when you totally not to blame. Never contact you when promise, don't chase up witnesses. Registered complaint with M&S and even they gave in writing an incorrect contact number.
