The team work so hard

The team work so hard to help and make the process as streamline as possible, I feel like I am in safe hands. Although the process has been a long one and at times very detailed, the team have been really supportive and answered any questions I had when i called the first time they knew who i was i have never known such a personal touch. We held our self build mortgage with Mansfield and then stayed with them to switch to residential with extra borrowing. Mansfield have always been excellent to deal with throughout our build and when we switched and requested extra borrowing the process was great. We dealt with Joanna Hodgkinson who was really attentive, friendly and professional. We had spoken to a couple of mortgage brokers before speaking to Joanne but her knowledge and professionalism was clearly miles ahead of anyone else we spoke to. The case was handled well and promptly. The mortgage rate was slightly higher than the high street but worth paying a bit more for the ease of dealing with them. Reviewed on: 23rd December 2023

Self-Build Mortgage

Organising my mortgage with Mansfield has been simple and efficient. I am self-employed and was looking for a self-build mortgage. The Mansfield underwriting team reviewed all info quickly and in timescales noted. I would recommend Mansfield to others who are either self-employed, or looking for a self-build mortgage, or both.
