Expat living in Germany.

In my situation as an expat living in Germany and renting out a house in the UK, Mansfield is one of only a few providers of a buy-to-let mortgage available to me and so I'm thankful for their great support and pro-activeness. Reviewed on: 30th March 2026

Reliable, but I would not use again

Whilst I have had no issue with the mortgage(s) with Mansfield, I always felt that I was not treated as a valued customer, and some requests seemed to me to be demands, as if I should be beholding to them. They also, do not go out of their way to offer alternative mortgages that may be beneficial to the customer, unless pushed to do so. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

Online access to mortgage account
