ISA customer review

I have held an ISA for several years. I have always found the staff welcoming and helpful, even during the limited hours of the lockdown. The rates are reasonable and the terms mean that the account is likely to meet my needs. I gave a rating of less than 10 because the opening hours are short for people who prefer in-person banking, and because I was never offered a consultation to maximise the value of my money.
