My experience with Mansfield Building Society during my mortgage process was straightforward and professional. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering my questions clearly and guiding me through the steps efficiently. While the process had some complex paperwork, I felt supported throughout and appreciated the clear communication. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service I received. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025

I have been with the Mansfield BS for 4 years. My fixed term was coming to an end and I wanted to be able to take a 5 years fixed term moving forward. I have had the most wonderful experience with Mansfield and would highly recommend them to anyone. I am passionate about customer service, and Mansfield have never ever disappointed on that front. They are professional, polite, welcoming and responsive. a good old fashioned way of working with their customers. I am extremely sad to be leaving Mansfield, but unfortunately, on this occasion it was the rate being offered that I had to consider. Please consider you rates Mansfield so that more of your customers remain with you. Than you for everything - one day I might be back!!!! Reviewed on: 9th September 2025

Very high interest rates and no choice but to stay with them, we remortgaged with them in December 2024 then sold our property, if we didn’t stay with them then we would’ve had a large early repayment fee. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2025
