Excellent on clarity and reward

Like the reward and the very clear website and online account management. I have borrowed cash recently. This needed to show on my statement but did not appear quickly enough. However, easy to get the money! Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

Reasonably priced and very flexible

We needed insurance to travel to Japan last year - but had to amend it a day before travelling as a result of a last minute medical problem. A quick phone call to check our cover and a small extra charge and we were on our way and reassured. Reviewed on: 27th September 2017
