Simplify process and overburden fees needed.

its good option to do extension hower many things are many thing was not fit for purpose. process shoudl be tweak tune for purpose. many level costing is actually going overboard for simple and stright scenario. security fee, then warrenty then on top lot of other over engineering over secured fees burden to customer. waste time and money. small extenstion project dont need so much. customer is leaving in this house so extension which may cost 150k is less than what the house he stays which is more than 500k. so need to improve calrity , process overburden and practicality also need to see. we dont need over educated structure engineer for such small work.
