First Time buyer, 5% deposit, adverse credit, approved!

We had a FTB Resi Purchase with 5% deposit and some adverse credit. All of the highstreet said no and specialist rates were a lot higher, I brought it to yourselves and was very pleasantly surprised that you could consider the case, and in fact it actually went all the way through to completion. the alternative choice

not one of the big name high street lenders that usually consume the majority of application, mansfield stands waiting in the wings for the niche stuff that doesnt quite fit. Reviewed on: 27th January 2026

Good service and response times.
