First Time Buyers with Mansfield

Mansfield have given us an opportunity to own our own home! Due to previous financial setbacks we initially found it difficult to get a DIP, however we are so grateful that Mansfield have given us that chance to now own our first home and get on to the property ladder. Mansfield has a longer process, which means the waiting periods are longer, however this is expected as we understand that there are formalities to follow. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

Excellent customer service and easy to work with.

We’ve been with Mansfield BS for 6 years now, we’ve fixed our mortgage twice since we first took the mortgage (Shared Ownership product via a mortgage broker). The service each time has been excellent, the process was simple and we were given the info we needed. I’ve only needed to speak with them twice but both times the enquiry was dealt with quickly and by a real person. We’ve only changed as we’ve moved away from Shared Ownership and going through a mortgage broker they arranged a mortgage with someone else. No fault of Mansfield at all, only our needs changed.
