Friendly, Very Polite, Understanding, Knowledgeable and Professional !

I had a 'relationship' with the Halifax for over 20 years for comparison, the Customer service was sloppy, unfriendly to deal with and lacked the understanding of what a customer required. Appalling. Reviewed on: 10th December 2021

Very quick and simple.

When the fixed rate on Our Mortgage was ending, we looked around for the next best rate and nothing came close to what Mansfield had to offer. personal service

I had little interaction with you but when I did it was dealt with by someone who seemed to be quite senior and he had great empathy for my situation which was that we were paying off most of the mortgage with proceeds of terminal illness cover. Reviewed on: 7th November 2021
