Scam- be aware!

Scam- be aware! It is an awful organisation. I reported my accident claim on the day of my accident (23/11/2024); I have not heard from this organisation since, and now I have found out they did not even log it !!!!!! They provide their customers with a telephone number; however, if you call it, you CAN NOT get to speak to anyone; you are directed to "live chat". The "live chat" is absolutely useless; no one has the courtesy to answer the chat at a good time, and if you start a conversation, you speak to a computer!!!!!. What is the point, Marshmallow?! I have been trying to cancel my policy and get the refund payment for December 2024 because I haven't had my car since the end of November (accident). I do not believe you are a genuine insurance company, but more like a scam. RIDICISOLOUS! Reviewed on: 6th December 2024

Nearing 6 weeks with no claim payout, lying say it was my bank. Bank said no such attempt was made. Then there was an issue with my drivers licence. Then when that was verified it was a problem with my address. Its the biggest scam going!!!!!!! Reviewed on: 23rd February 2023

Online chat response time was 4 days!

That means they don’t have customer service. There is no phone number to call. They have full control on whether they reply the online chat and email or not. They responded my online chat query 4 days later after I have found a way to do it myself! If it’s an issue, they most likely would not reply. Best of luck if you are using them! This is one of the most horrible company. i been i car accident since 20 january and it wasn’t my fault and they decided me as total lost and written off my car, i dont know how else to deal with them and not just that i have been 1 month and still nothing. and after they come to me to let me know the car is written off as total lost, and they never come and see my car at all and decide whatever they wanted and the car cost me £8000 and tey value my car £7380 minus £750 acces and minus £2080 to pay the whole insurance so they want to give to me £4550 and to take my car,this is o unacceptable… after they give me until 30 days to put in insuranc another car. i did buy 2 days ago another car cheaper one and the insurance will cost a year 1 £1800 less . they accepted to insure my vw and they still charged me £243 a months and they took my money on my bank without been agreed they charged me same like the price i was for my mercedes E clas, they cancel the insurance to my mercedes and transferred to my golf vw and priced me same money and they still wants to pay to them £2080 for whole year insurance ATTENTION my name is Justin whoever had very bad experience with this company i’m texting to call everyone to join me i will start a court against them i will shoot down this company so they will not ript of anomyre other customers. this is my contact number 07383867210 Reviewed on: 17th February 2023

Absolutely Terrible

No customer service at all. Live chat is shocking and they only reply if they want too. While in a full blown conversation, as soon as I said ‘you don’t realise the financial stress you are putting me under’ as I’ve now been waiting around 4 months for my claim payment (with no car to use) they just don’t reply. It is not insurance company it is just money collector

I reported my car accident on Jan 23, after 2 weeks of chatting through their application( no phone number), they assigned me for a garage 35 mile from my house, then the garage denied my car, 5 days of chatting on their application they assigned again the same garage, I booked with a local garage, but after 25 days from accident report, they are not responding to the garage estimations... The worst Insurance Company

Marshmallow is the worst insurance company I used ever. As a nature 8f insurance companies, they should help your bad condition and support you in bad occasions. They are looking forward for how to not support the customer and they're really successful for finding all open points. I'd never suggest to someone this bad company. Stay away, don't regret. They never answer the live chat over a month to sort out a crash and still no payment you have to chase up and can not get through to anyone you get one message then they turn live chat to away and ignore you this insurance is a con artist Reviewed on: 3rd February 2023

DO NOT USE THEM. MADE THE LAST YEAR OF MY LIFE SO MUCH HARDER

They do not set up a direct debit for payment, you give them your details and then they attempt to take payment once a month, but most of the tome they cannot do so, and then they send emails to your junk box saying they have not been able to take payment and then try and cancel your insurance. They give you 21 days to pay, but how often do you check your junk email on your personal email box. They have the ability to text or notify you through the app, where they have the bank details for payment too, but again decide not too/ I have now had my insurance cancelled 11 months and 3 weeks in, will not receive my no claims for the year and have been reported for a cancelled insurance policy. THIS COMPANY ARE SET UP TO TRY AND MAKE YOU FAIL. DO NOT USE THEM. Reviewed on: 25th January 2023
