Absolutely Terrible

No customer service at all. Live chat is shocking and they only reply if they want too. While in a full blown conversation, as soon as I said ‘you don’t realise the financial stress you are putting me under’ as I’ve now been waiting around 4 months for my claim payment (with no car to use) they just don’t reply. Can’t even stress how much you should stay clear of this shambles of a company! Reviewed on: 17th February 2023
