Online chat response time was 4 days!

That means they don’t have customer service. There is no phone number to call. They have full control on whether they reply the online chat and email or not. They responded my online chat query 4 days later after I have found a way to do it myself! If it’s an issue, they most likely would not reply. Best of luck if you are using them!
