They accepted my no claims and then 1 month later th...

They accepted my no claims and then 1 month later they cancelled it and increased my insurance by £1100 a year. No difference for next year renewal and charged £100 for cancellation. Reviewed on: 17th February 2024

HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY THEY ARE FRAUDS! I had Insurance with this company and had the worst experience ever. My car was parked outside my house and another car crashed into it. When I sent it to there garage the mechanics did faulty jobs and damaged the car which was in unsafe condition to drive. Also, they took away my 3 years no claim bonus for no reason whatsoever. The incident was not my fault has nothing to do with me but they took my 3 years no claim bonus anyway. They charged me money to fix the car and did not fix it, on top of that they have the audacity to take 3 years off my no claim bonus. When I try to speak to them they do not have no customer service contact number. They only have web-chat talking which is the worst form of communication as they do not reply properly or even answer my questions and meet my needs. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

I don’t have a policy with these criminals thank god...

I don’t have a policy with these criminals thank god but I have been trying for the last month to claim on a policy holder who smashed into the back of me, my insurance company have also tried I’m now in the process of going down the legal path with help from my insurance How the hell this company is allowed to trade is beyond me . My car was written off by a marshmallow customer who admitted liability, A settlement figure was agreed but payments to me continually fail. I believe this can only be happening if they are insolvent or an employee is stealing my money. They are virtually impossible to contact and couldn’t care less about their liabilities. Refuses to cancel and refund my policy, can't reach

Someone made a false claim about my car being in an accident. I submitted photos and videos of my car, in perfect condition, but now they are refusing to cancel and refund my car insurance even though I sold it due to this false claim. It is impossible to get ahold of a human and they don't have a contact phone number available. You have to use their "live" chat box, but I've been put on "hold" for over 3 hours now, being completely ignored. A poorly run company clearly scamming people who chose their plan for their cheap rate. Never using them again. Reviewed on: 7th February 2024

Avoid at all costs! Scam

Avoid at all costs! Long story but they are trying to scam me out of more money by charging me extra on my premium mid contract and I have had to reported them to the Financial Ombudsman's. The good reviews you see must be AI bots, the customer service is like speaking to a brick wall all on online chat. They accused me of miss information and I have proof that I had given it to them so they don't have a leg to stand on. My car was sent to MRN for a repair they used a garage Alloy engineers , my car has been with the garage since July 2023 , the garage signed a satisfactory note stating I was happy with the work and car was delivered a Total this fraud deception . Marshmallow are blaming me for not taking the car , they ain’t even mentioning the customer satisfactory being signed without the car be delivered to me keep away from this company . An absolute joke of a company

First of all please do not use this insurance company just because it may save you a few pounds. It is not worth the hassle, no contact centre for any query, they say 24 hour emergency number that's a lie as it will just tell you to go to live chat this is only open mon-fri 9-4pm. The whole ordeal of actually reporting an issue or getting an answer to a question will take days by email. The extras you add on at the end of making a new claim will be via a third party and they tell U to contact them if U crack your windscreen or something and then they will say contact Marshmallow. The only thing they are 5* on is taking your payment.. Absolute garbage stay away. Don't believe me try and ring and press every single option there is and let me know if you ever get hold of an actual person on the telephone. Reviewed on: 5th February 2024
