I don’t have a policy with these criminals thank god...

I don’t have a policy with these criminals thank god but I have been trying for the last month to claim on a policy holder who smashed into the back of me, my insurance company have also tried I’m now in the process of going down the legal path with help from my insurance How the hell this company is allowed to trade is beyond me .
