My car was written off by a marshmallow customer who...

My car was written off by a marshmallow customer who admitted liability, A settlement figure was agreed but payments to me continually fail. I believe this can only be happening if they are insolvent or an employee is stealing my money. They are virtually impossible to contact and couldn’t care less about their liabilities.
