Scammers!Scammers!!! AVOID!!!!!

Scammers!!! AVOID!!!!! I am extremely disappointed with the misleading tactics of this company. I signed up for their credit card, which was advertised as offering 0% interest on purchases for 21 months. However, after just 60 days, I started being charged interest on my purchases. When I contacted customer service for clarification, they informed me that the 0% interest rate only applied to purchases made within the first 60 days. Any purchases made after that would be subject to interest, which was never clearly communicated to me. This is deceptive and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. They are not transparent about their terms, and it’s very easy to get caught out by these hidden conditions. I would strongly advise avoiding this company and their credit products at all costs. Fab company.

Fab company. I have recommended MBNA to friends and family. l have been with them for many years and never experienced any issues. Their app is straight forward and easy to use. Bills are broken down and easy to understand. Great overall experience. Reviewed on: 12th May 2024

BEWARE of 0% interest rate, they only mean 60 days!

I had the credit card for a little over 3 months, and I made a purchase I was planning to use the 15 months of 0% APR. So I noticed that I got charged on the 3rd month and queried this with a customer advisor. She was brilliant and was accustomed to this enquiry. She told me there is a very small print that is not apparent to new customers that 15 months of 0% APR actually means the 0% applies to the first 60 days... She then advised me to get another credit card out, and she was completely talking me through how to close my account down without getting further charges. I'm just very shocked at the lack of transparency MBNA has with consumers over something as basic as the term length for a 0% APR interest rate. Thanks to that advisor she was so accustomed to this when I swore out of shock and then quickly apologised, she showed good decency and empathy of the situation. On the same day I took her advice and transferred my balance to another credit card. The take from this is all of the 0% term length offers mean only 60 days. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2024

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers Absolute scammers, they should be shut down, got a credit card from them under impression of 22 months free interest, it turned out their definition of free interest is very different to the other banks! you get 58 days interest free on your purchases any time after that they will charge you whopping 25%! disgusting, and obviously they have it in their fine prints for you to know! called them as soon as I saw the interest on my bill, they said it was a mistake and they will rectify it and I will be refunded for all the interest, HOWEVER after a week I called them again and the second guy told me the first dude was wrong and the charges are correct!!! Not trustable

I have very good credit history I have applied for credit card they decline stop giving adds for apply I regret why I applied it’s impact on my credit history they say ooh according to your income we have decided firstly they don’t have proper application system to apply I was curious to apply may be it leges or not I should not applied for it never apply back I have credit cards I was just applying for back up omg make proper system to apply stop messing other people credit history declined Reviewed on: 1st January 2024
