Would not recommend

Was informed by Metro they were closing down my account, can not / will not tell me why. I had a current account for everyday use, wages going in, bills going out. No overdraft, no credit cards or loans, so in all owed them zero and yet they close my account! Bad customer service Reviewed on: 1st February 2020

Metro current account is one of the best things Account opening on day 1 Easy but secure mobile banking app No fees Use the account in Europe with no transaction fees One simple interest rate for planned and unplanned overdrafts A 24/7 contact centre and banks open seven days a week What more could you want! Best banking sistem

Fast and easy banking especially their mobile app. Their stores are open all week long and close at 8pm. The rates are fair. You can use Google Pay, other bank don't allow it Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Great bank...

Easy to open an account, stores are open 7 days a week and until 20:00.. more stores opening throughout the country, only downside is there is no option to apply for loans credit cards etc but I believe they prefer to assess you personally.. which is a good thing, highly recommended from me Reviewed on: 19th January 2020
