Customer service abomination

I have phoned with a query.. after being on hold for 40 mins I was transferred to another department. After being on hold for a further 20 mins I was then transferred to another department.. then as I was giving my details the phone went dead! 1hr 22mins later nothing resolved. I then went on to phone 4 more times just to be hung up on! Absolute joke Reviewed on: 2nd December 2019
