Can it get worse?

Wow! These guys really know how to waste your time. Tell me ‘no’ by all means but to take so very long about it? I’m a high wealth individual. Metro have absolute no idea what that means. The people who work here are nice enough. They are not empowered to make a decision and so totally wasted my time. The bank is clearly in trouble. They have an undeliverable business plan.
