No waiting for replacement debit card I lost my debit card. Popped into the bank and they issued a replacement straight away. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

Pleased Customer

We have been helped asap whenever we visit or visited our Branch at Edgware . We find staffs are cordial and do their best to sort out any issues we might have . The 24/7 access to do banking with long opening hours & ATM is helpful for all specially the younger generation Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Hassle Free With Clued Up Staff and Convenient Times

I had been with another bank for many years but I moved to Metro as they are much friendlier, the opening times are great and when I lost my card they replaced it in a few minutes in the bank. Their customer service is excellent. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
