I launched my business in Sep 2021.

I launched my business in Sep 2021. I was looking for a business account that was tailored to my needs of running a small business from home, Through research I decided to go with Mettle. They have been absolutely brilliant and customer service is excellent. The app is very easy to use, and any queries I've had I just send a message and very quickly you are speaking with a real person. Always prompt and helpful, would definitely recommend mettle! Good, but could be better

Simple app to use, response to questions/issues is usually pretty quick, however as someone whose business is now dealing with overseas customers and needs to receive GBP payments from abroad, it's disappointing that this is not facilitated. Reviewed on: 5th April 2025

Great bank for photography side business

I am using Mettle to manage my Photography side business Andy have been doing for 2 years and is been great to keep track of transactions and interface with Freeagent. It’s made managing my finances very easy. I’ve used online support a few times and managed to get support very quickly who resolved my queries.
