I have always found the app user friendly and the customer service are extremely helpful. Using the app to create and track invoices makes running my business so much easier. When I had an issue with changing my address the customer service team were excellent! Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Really brilliant business banking. The app is very well designed and simple to use. The sign up was very straightforward. And it's brilliant value for money. Getting FreeAgent - also a truly excellent tool - for free as part of my bank account means I have all the tools I need to administer my business at no cost. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Perfect for sole traders or small business owners.

Perfect for sole traders or small business owners. The app is so easy to use and if there is a problem e.g potential fraud, they are so quick to respond. Very easy to keep track of income and expenditure. I do all my invoicing via Mettle and that helps me keep on track. The savings pot is a great way to save and I love the fact that a % can be automatically added to savings when income lands in the current account, for tax purposes or a rainy day. Great account to use for business banking. Easy to use app and great categorisation options with icons and colours which really help me. Customer service is easy to access, responsive and helpful. Being able to move money into pots helps stay organised and on top of what money needs to go where, earning interest on these is a bonus. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
