Great advisor. Dreadful process.

I already had a mortgage with MBS which was categorised as transferable but when I moved home I was ‘forced’ to pay outstanding monies and renew it. Michelle Groves was fantastic but the MBS made the whole process painful, intrusive and thoroughly unpleasant. Reviewed on: 10th August 2024

Low mortgage rates and excellent service.

I am a retired teacher on a limited income. Monmouthshire have provided me with the mortgage I need at rates I can afford, and been happy to renegotiate rates and renew my mortgage as the allotted low interest period expired.
