First Class

I came across an issue with a transfer from another bank to Monzo. I messaged them through ‘chat’ straight away, explained the situation and all was resolved within an hour by a friendly person, who openly, listened and confirmed all details that I needed to confirm to the other bank for them to release the transfer. The service is fast, efficient and relaxed. Just what I look for in a bank. Thank you again to all involved. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2025
