Not banking way, the monzo way

Their systems are super sleek and just work. It’s a breeze. Tap your card? You’ll get a notification in a few seconds. Their cashback offers are actually useful, I’ve gotten around £50 back from them. I absolutely love their call status checker which shows you if Monzo are speaking to you, it’s a brilliant way they are helping stop fraud. I moved from another bank after over 20 years!

I moved from another bank (which I have also worked for for 24 years) five years ago and have never looked back. Monzo are leaps and bounds ahead of other high street banks. So efficient and easy to use features on the app. I actually get excited by banking. I tell everyone I know about the app and all the features and have recently upgraded to Monzo Max. I believe Monzo app is great, easy to use and I love...

I believe Monzo app is great, easy to use and I love the trends and targets, the tags as well help me to understand where I spend money, although tags can be enhanced in the basic service. However Monzo saving are not the best on the market, some competitors have better options and more choices. I would recommend Monzo to increase the product offerings for some more sophisticated customers. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025
